Sacrament Quest Cooldown Time?

I'm trying to stay on top of doing as many BS quests as I can, but I'm not sure what the actual cooldown time is between quests. They say it's "once a day" but I know it's not a 24 wait between BS quests. Anyone know the actual amount of time you have to wait between BS quests?

Daily quests you can only do once a day become available again at a specific time. This time is usually 2AM EDT. At least it is on PS4 NA.

I could be wrong, but I think there's a particular time each day when it resets, much like the Undaunted pledges.

It is 24 hours, if it is at all like Writs and other Dailies, and there is no reason that I know why it is not. With Writs, you can game it somewhat by doing one at say 11:30 PM, then another one at 12:15AM. Same with Dungeon Pledges. However, then you will have to wait until 12:15 the next day if you want to do another one (or maybe just the reset time, but it's still pretty close to 24 hours with this example). But, at least you can get two done in one gaming session every 2 days. I think the Guild Dailies, and other Dailies work this way.

Anyway, this is why it does not seem like it's 24 hours exactly between Dailies.

Now, as to when the reset is, it probably varies by time zone, mine are at Midnight, but I am in the Mountain Time zone in the US, I think the Eastern Time zone would be at 2AM.
