Time limits need to be increased and the penalty for being spotted is too severe. The whole idea behind being a thief is to be sneaky and cautions; not speed. A world class sniper will lie in the same spot and not move for hours to get that one shot. They will spend hours getting into position. They are the ultimate thief in that their prize is someone's life. Go ahead, rush 'em (And no, I'm not glorifying snipers. It's their job. ). Why include those stupid baskets if you didn't want us to observe guard patterns and measure the appropriate time to move. Plus, you have to jump to places. If you are off on one, your time is blown and you loose out on a possible motif drop. In comparison, the Dark Sacrament dailies are far easier than the Heists. And if you are going to "penalize" us for not having the map memorized, then we should be able to abandon the heist and restart it. This one shot nonsense is total crap. If you can do it, great. At my rate, I'll never obtain the Thieves Guild motif in order to craft my own set with the bonuses I want.
Another thing, why aren't the Abbah motifs dropping with the large reward for the repeatable Thieves Guild quests? I have gone days without seeing a single one and always turning them in for the largest reward. So, what's the point? Why is the drop rate so low? It's obscenely low.
