Guild tabard turns chestpiece to black, removing texture

I dont know if this is only for me, but when I wear a guild tabard my chestpiece turns black.

You can see the chest part behind the tabard turns black.

You can even see it in the login screen:



Its not alwyas, but happens to certain motifs. It happened to vicious death, dark brotherhood, thieves guild so far. Anyone else having this issue?

Last picture is a mercenary style chest, here it looks ok:

The color can be changed by dyeing the original item. As I've understood it, if the guild tabard would have clipping with the chest piece you're wearing, it replaces that chest piece with the default guild tabard chest (including the sides).

No, even if I remove the color from the original item it stays black with the tabard on. If I color it again is just stays black. The item is always black when I have the tabard on.
