I am really excited for housing and with all the houses coming out on pts I have noticed none in dlc zones. And I understand not everyone has those so those cant be seen by everyone but still I have played an orc since day one in the elder scrolls back in TES 3 morrowind! ( I know thats not the first elder scrolls just where i started) And would love to finally have a true orc home in his homeland! Here is hopping they add dlc zone homes. Anyone else want a home in wrothgar or say gold coast? they have some really beautiful dlc zones i hope they use them! :)

Houses have apparently been datamined for future DLC zones such as Vvardenfell.

I really do hope they will add housing in the current DLC zones though, Orcs and Imperials dont exacly have any native regions in the base game, so it would be great to have some houses in Wrothgar and the Gold Coast

I'm pretty sure whichever houses are for housing in DLC zones were already built in at the time of the DLC release. We just don't know which ones they are yet since they haven't been announced. The houses we're seeing added in on PTS or in the patch notes are the new additions, they either weren't there before, or have been modified as opposed to DLC zone houses which were already there with the intention of being part of housing at some point I suspect.

idk cuss they are re using some of the building and houses in normal zones to like the rooms in the inn's they could have left this out of pts notes and just changed them the difference is when you go up to these places now there doors say house and cant be opened there are none in the dlc zones that are like this

I can't imagine them not having housing in DLC zones. I think they are just doing the base zones first because those houses needed more work done to convert them into housing for players. There are certainly houses in the DLC zones that look like they were built with housing in mind intentionally, which would require just changing a few things around and wouldn't require nearly as much work to convert into player housing.
