Game crashed causing me to lose my maelstrom reward

Im not sure if you are the right person to tag in this issue but I have just completed maelstrom not too long ago and i got my reward maelstrom sharpened axe which is obviously great
, i tried wayshrining to grahtwood and got a never ending load screen so i logged off and when i tried logging in i was unable to do so, finally after logging in i went to my inventory and my reward was gone and my maelstrom run was reset back to its last save position the night before (round 7). So basically i lost my reward and was made to do the arena again, is there anyway to get this reward back or have i to put it down to hard luck

Sadly there won't be a flipping thing they can do, because as far as the server matters, anything you did SINCE does not exist (the crash wiped all memory and caused a rollback) so sadly u have to redo it.
Not that I Don't feel for you, but thats just happens to be the fact.1 -
