What ZOS should focus on?

PVE oriented content (New maps, trials etc.).

This + the balance of class and different gameplay and skills .

Clearly there are different apartments doing each of these things so there isn't really a "top priority". I'd be happy if they just listened to there fans more.

1 other thing for us not doing pvp i find it stupid u need pvp for get better self healing, i relly dont like pvp in this game. why not only make a self heal for pve and 1 for pvp. for i see in roles if u not have pvp assult and support in pve quest u die easyer, i find this stupid when u not do pvp, i tryed but og in and die in 1 second

That might be so, but knowing what the players want allows ZOS to manage their resources properly...
If they see the majority of people want A, they can hire new people or reallocate current people to the department that works on A.

bugs, they need to fix some of these that have been aroudn since beta. Then pve content then pvp content.

New classes or active skill tress (includes spellcrafting system).

New skill lines and new zones, perhaps even adding a new class though I highly doubt that to happen.

Due to the number of skill points available, new skill lines are the most important to me. I'd love to see:

Spellcrafting
Jewelry crafting/gem cutting
Carpentry (requires housing first for obvious reasons )

Polearm
Fencing (One handed with nothing in the offhand)
Unarmed

Nature magic/mysticism

Beast handling/taming

Crown store. All Dev time and money should go to lockboxes.

There's many other favorite's in your poll i'd take but i know that they can't help it so i'll do with it or leave the game .
but if there's any none bug related or game performance issue it's really the marketing system , thing's would be less a grind if all was centralised where you have just to go at 1 point to search whatever is competing in price's to get what you desire because now it's still a kind of farming in time to grind at the highest price ecause you don't even know there's better .

marketing in this game with the guild related vending system suks big time

PVE oriented content (New maps, trials etc.).

You can never have too much content in a MMO, and as I don't PvP and don't have any performance or bug problems etc I'll settle happily for more PvE content.

New crafting content (includes brand new professions like Jeweler)

I just want more crafted things and the jewelry crafting would be nice so that way we can have legendary jewelry with all the sets instead of just purple.

They actually have animations ingame and some people in the FG practicing with spears

You're right, never noticed that before. Obviously they are really crude, but maybe it's a sign that they are a real possibility ^^.
