Stamina Sorcerer

I need some advice on my Stamina Sorcerer. I am running an Orc, and would like some pointers on my build.
I just started, but I'm considering running the following:
5x Automaton
4x Marksman
1x Molag
1x Maelstrom 2h
2x Leki's Focus (dual wield)

Is this viable using 2h/DW? I know, I know, bow might be better, but all the stam builds are the same! all running Injection and Lethal Arrow. My DK runs the same thing. Would using Stampede+Hurricane+Blood Craze/Light Attack weave be ok?

Yes 2h/DW is viable - I had to look up the Automaton set because I've been on a slight hiatus from the game and was unaware the new update was adding these new sets, but it looks like you could have a very adequate build with this set up in my opinion.

With the stam sorc I find you don't really need too many of the bow skills since you have Hurricane to deal most of your AoE dmg; and DW has a couple ranged attacks that can get you buy if you need them. I think they revamped sword cloak (skill name?) as well, and I see a lot of stam sorcs running that in certain situations.

Bow hail and dw rapid strikes are meta for a reason

with ur setup ur probably looking at 25k single target dps max, instead of 45k with dw/bow and better sets.

I've tried time and time again to make 2h work and it just doesn't.

2h is decent in pvp and thats it im afraid.

this is not me, but a friend. I use almost the same setup.
