Black Screen
I haven't seen any information this on the forums so am starting it. I log in and all I see is black. However, audio is normal, menus appear just fine, and when I log in to a character, sounds and effect are all normal, I just cant see any thing...is all just BLACK.

I'm gonna guess that since no one else is talking about it, it's just you, in which case, perhaps the specs of your rig will help in troubleshooting.
Did you check to make sure your gamma adjustment/setting/whatever it's called isn't too low? It's the thing that affects the in-game brightness. Is it only on the PTS? Is your graphics card about to blow?
Gamma or general lighting issues would assume that the screen is too dark, in which case that would also effect the menu appearance as well, but like I state the menus appear just fine and normal.
Yes, is only on the PTS that's why am here
and my graphic card isn't over clock nor giving off weird temperatures so am pretty sure is not going to blow. Appreciate the thought though.
Either way, ZOS reach me out and instructed me to removed the "UserSettings" files from my documents (C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\pts) and force the game to recreate a new one (through launching the game). Some how that solved the issue.

Aquanova✭✭✭✭✭When you log in again, go to settings then video. This update seems to have changed our resolution. You need to change it back to your native resolution.
That's what fixed it for me.NA/PC0
