Craglorn Writs / Surveys & Nirn?

Hey I'm just wondering in the PTS notes it is stated
"Crafting & Harvesting
Survey Reports received from Crafting Writs may now send you to any zone throughout the world. "
So basically I do Craglorn Writs for the chance at Nirn drops from the surveys, If 1 Tamriel brings the option that surveys can send me anywhere in the world, would i still get nirn drops my Craglorn Writ surveys or would It only be if i got Craglorn Surveys? . Because then it would defeat the purpose of me even doing Writs at all Come 1 Tamriel. Just wanted to know as im kind of confused about this.
