after changes....redguard vs imperial

i saw there were changes to redguard passives...so now i have to ask for the community consensus...which do u prefer for PVE dps, and why?

Hm... I have both an Imperial and Redguard, but would have to place the Redguard above the Imperial for a damage dealing position/role. The benefits given to the Redguard greatly outweigh those given to the Imperial. Even down to having food duration increased. But, that's just my opinion on the 2.

The only real change to Redguard passive was the reduction from 3/s to 5/s for the Adrenaline Rush passive. Otherwise, the other 'flavor' passives that were added aren't worth considering as they don't add much either way; Imperial gets 1% more gold and Redguard gets 15 minutes extra time on eaten food (not a deal buster either way).

If you don't have sustain issues (vicious serpent) imperial is hands down better. If you do then redguard is better

Redguard by far. I have a bunch of Imperials and want to convert them all to Redguards. But I'm not going to pay $30 for a race change.

Nope, Khajiit is the best in all cases.
8% crit = 7% extra damage in PvE unbuffed, 8% self-buffed, 10.5% group buffed.
10% stamina = 2.4% extra damage in all cases.

Yes. Do not think Imperial is one of the top two races for stam dps.

Khajiit should have hughe dps and redguard better sustain. It's a choice but with 5VO the sustain should be less of an issue. And again, talking PvE.

When Eric Wrobel talked about 'Stamina' races, he specifically mentioned Khajiit, Redguard and Bosmer... Imperial was NOT in the mix. Now whether that was because Imperial is a PAID race and they don't want to create the image of a P2W aspect I'm not sure, but I do know that most people consider Imperial the best for a TANK role but not so much DPS, and apparently the Lead Combat Designer at ZOS agrees.
