Pretty much every healer in the game is running 5 piece Spell Power Cure + another 5 piece set. Popular options include Worm, Twilight Remedy, Gossamer, and Infallible Aether.
    Epic Synergy (rip)
    Order of Mundus (rip)
    Crown Store Heroes (rip)

Are you talking PVP or PVE?

A PVE healer has many more responsibilities while a PVP healer mostly just focuses on burst healing. You can be a PVP healer with a Templar DPS set up, unless you want to be one of those great and awesome folks who throws around cool circles for people to stand in.

So basically, what type of healer are you trying to be?

I will be running it in PvE!

I'm sure my Magic Templar setup isn't favorable with the yolo swag gods, but I really like:

    5 Seducer
    2 Valkyn Skoria
    3 Willpower
    1 Restoration Staff
    1 Destruction Staff

Mostly keep up the heal bar up, but keep wall of elements and mystic orb up to proc Skoria. Adds a little damage to the group.

    Of course I like steak. I'm a Nord, aren't I?

I doubt the dps gods would take exception, especially if it was a 4 man dungeon. Heck, many heal 4 man dungeons in dps gear.

The sets mentioned above are more for trials as thei offer benefits to the group for increase dps, better sustain and such.

I run 5pc spell power cure, 5 piece worm (3 jewellery, shoulder and resto/Destro staff) and Kena helm.

If running dungeons with all stam characters or trial with another healer with worm I'm trying out healers habit to replace worm and its been quite good for healing, replenishing stats and doing damage.

Good enough for the girls I go out with.

If you don't have some of the more difficult to obtain sets and are just starting out, here's what I run:

    Head: light Torug's Pact divines
Shoulders: light Molag Kena infused (it's what I have, divines would be better)
    Chest: heavy Kagrenac's Hope divines
    Hands: light Torug's Pact divines
    Waist: light Kagrenac's Hope divines
    Legs: medium Kagrenac's Hope divines
    Feet: light Kagrenac's Hope divines
    (all with max magicka enchants)

Jewelry: 3 Transmutation with spell damage enchants (I use these because they're arcane and much cheaper than arcane willpower. Also I like the additional regen)

Weapon 1: Sharpened Kagrenac's Hope Inferno staff with rage enchant (adds 320ish spell damage for 5 seconds)
Weapon 2: Precise Kagrenac's Hope Resto staff with rage enchant

Destro Bar: Inner Light, Elemental Drain, Blazing Spear, Repentance, Radiant Oppression, Shooting Star
Resto Bar: Inner Light, Ritual of Retribution, Combat Prayer, Breath of Life, Channeled Focus, Reviving Barrier

Other skills to slot when needed/requested: Aggressive War Horn, Siphon Spirit, Mutagen, Mystic Orbs

Additionally I run spell power pots and health/magicka cp150 food. I use the Atronach mundus because I also PVP with this character, but there are other options for a PVE only build such as Thief. It's also worth noting my character is a Breton.

Stats buffed: 20k health, 35k magicka, 3k spell damage, 2k regen +480 from channeled focus, 15k physical resist w/focus, 23k spell resist w/focus, 32% spell crit (39% on resto).
