Help zos! Assassination skill tree is not leveling repeating the same level!!!!

it keeps reapeating that it has increased to lvl29 also it doesn't have any level in the bar like its reseting been like this after the patch also in game chat is messed up need help zos

Try disabling all add-ons also submit a bug report, posting on the forums does nothing.
