Every race got flavor effects (except Argonian which had it all along but now always active). Honestly Khajiit got a pretty significant one compared to some others.

Minor? You must be joking... a whole new name change for a passive there. Don't know if that shifted the race balance though...more testing should have been done before proceeding further.
