ultra low resolution bug

what have u done with the game with the latest patches ?! every time i open the game it is in some ultra low resolution no matter that the settings are saying its 1920x1080 it isnt.... EVERY *** TIME. i manage to fix it somehow by changing to windowed and stuff and changing resolutions while its windowed and then going back to fullscreen..............
