Is it possible to reduce visual effects?

Sometimes (especially in dungeons) I don't know what I'm doing: everything is flashing, splashing, exploding and so on, I literally can't see what's going on, can't see red circles on the ground, can't see what boss is going to do next. Is there an way to tone down or turn off visual effects of skills and environments? Yesterday I've tanked vCoA and was almost blind on final boss, everything is in bright orange flashes and nothing else. Changing video settings doesn't help much.

I don't want to disable effects completely, I just want to reduce their intensity.

Reduce the particle density in the video settings.

I have the same problem especially when I'm tanking and some sorcerer brings his flying tormentor and put a storm atronach directly on my head. In these moments I pray to keep my rotation corect, because I barely see the boss .

Tried that, but game becomes very odd, it affects some other important things. Like everything is less splashing but some combat signals are still hard to detect.

Yesterday I honestly had no idea what was going on in Sanctum of Ophidia, the screen was flashing like crazy as everyone was just stacked in the same metre square along with all the enemies and Ozara, nearly burned my retinas out and I had no idea which way I was even facing.

All classes have very flashy skills, it might be a good idea to have them when you are playing solo as you will feel powerful. However in Cyrodil or trials/dungeons even simplest weapon skills have colorful effects. It is very hard to see what is going on, I am searching for an add on to reduce flashy effects.

Anyone know any add on/ fix for this issue?
