Imho it is popular place for grinding but it seems almost all mobs have a disguise with them, so when we are unable to loot fallen mobs and keep grinding there, area quickly is covered with enormous amount of unlooted corpses. No idea if it's a bug or intentional, but it doesn't seem correct.
