Family wanted to play today and the server is broken with crazy ping, lag, loading times and random kicks. Happening to family in London England, MI, OR and FL. I did get on for a few seconds and the entire guild was having lag issues and the zone chat was talking about it as well... seems to be well known, you must have 1000s of support tickets by now...
