magicka nightblade

currently, I have a stamina nightblade (Redguard)
the thing is, I was thinking trying magicka nightblade again but Redguard has no racial passives to help out with magicka, ofcourse I could just race change but I like how my redguard looks.
currently I am using
2 Ring of agility (Arcane) for more magicka use
1 Robust Agility
5 Hundings Rage
1 Kena Shoulder
1 Blood Spawn helm.
2 (dual sword & dagger night mothers gaze set)
and I do good with it, but I was thinking of doing magicka cause I like to do PvP and was thinking of doing zerg bomb nightblade where i'd see proxy det + soultether and it taking out a bunch of the group
My question is, what would my build be like, max magicka, spell damage and such be at cause of being a redguard
