keep getting error 318 and logged out with 70ping?...

"Error 318 you have been dropped from the server because you hit the message rate limit. please avoid excessive messaging"... i have not use chat once today and if its latency my ping is 70-100 i dont see why im getting logged out every 2 mins

    This has been a reoccurring issue for me for the past 4-5 months and have been occurring more frequently during these past days following this recent patch. I'm not too optimistic that this issue will ever be fixed.

    I've contacted Support for this issue x months ago. That time it was addressed to add-ons. Because some add-ons write in your chat window, which assumes that you 'manually' did the typing.
