Cyrodiil lagging like mad since DLC (ps4)

Everyday since DLC dropped The lag has been much worse than usual, it was always bad at prime times of the day but around 12 when servers where empty it would start to run smoothly.
It's 6AM and just as bad as it was 6PM
I've asked around and it seems to be a hit and miss more people fine than not but still a large amount confirming a huge change since shadows of hist.
Really hope this gets sorted next maintenance, finding myself logging off much earlier than usual now just can't deal with spamming buttons and nothing happening till the 4th-5th try.
