Screen movement(via mouse movement) randomly freezing - PC

When I move to location X and use the mouse to view left, right or back from my character, my screen freezes.
Even though it freezes(randomly), I'm still able to move my character with the Keyboard buttons.
This occurs at every location, and not related to low FPS or Latency.
Anyone has the same issues on PC?
