Remove the option to disband groups in PvE

As above, I'm sick of being trolled and groups being disbanded before I even have a chance to see what dungeon it was and then having to wait 15 minutes before I can queue again. Big waste of time and resources.

nothing wrong with the disband option .. Its the idiotic idea that some bright spark in ZOS though UMM lets penalize EVERYONE for 15 MINUTES when the dungeon fails or ppl leave or KICKED as i did no more than 1 hour hour ago .. zoomed in was on my lowbie of 33lvl character and they didnt like my lvl and BOOT .. though just deserts the tard that helped kick me was the same pos that they tryed to kick before me ( HE WAS LOWER LVL THAN ME)and i voted no ... so lmfao idiot!! This issue has been debated SOOOOO many time and its fu.king stupid but ZOS continues to IGNORE it!!............... there should be a 30 minute penalty to the first person to bail on the run and there should be a YES or NO choice to join the dungeon to stop AFK .. 3 rejects into the dungeon and 30 min penalty !! instead of looking at other mmos and there systems ZOS goes fu.k it we know better and makes a mess and annoys there fan base with STUPID ideas!!

I believe that's a bug, when the Dark Brotherhood was released, they removed the option to disband the group on the groups formed via group finder.

What I'm trying to say is that I think the group finder itself is disbanding the group for some kind of bug, the players can't disband it because the option is not in the UI anymore, they removed it with that DLC.

The best part is the random glitch with this stupid arse "cool down" timer... This morning I was in a group that was disbanded so I checked my Activity Finder to see that I was having to wait 45 minutes before I could queue up again... This isn't the first time this has happened to me either.. Last week I received the same 45 minute cool down. Gotta love that in the morning when trying to get a random in prior to work and ZOS decides to give me a big middle finger.

I wonder.... Is it possible there's a strategy of burning through queues and emptying them so that certain people can queue and be nearly guaranteed to be grouped, so-called 'randomly'?

I don't use the group finder, but isn't there some sort of bonus for doing pledges with a 'random' group? And getting some friends who don't care about any time penalty to clear real people such as the OP out of the queue... So that you would have a 99% chance of getting paired with the people you want...

Like I said, I don't use group finder, so to the people who do, does that sound like it could be done?

I personally like to use random duty finder .. call me crazy but i like to play mmos alone as such just doing what i have to do eg dungeon runs for the daily boosted exp.. i do have a few great guys/gals in the guild that im in that group together now and then to grind trials etc but other wise i play alone .. could be said that its a game that if i want to play alone and just random group with ppl for dungeons etc why cant i?? but the system of penalizing everyone really with out a choice is plain stupid!! it still get back and ive argued this WAY to many time on the forums to the grouping system getting players more often than not doing there job in there by queueing as healers but wanting to dps etc..then penalize everyone because of one idiots stupidity!!
