It is instant cast, the dmg applies before the animation even appears xDPS4 EU DC

✭This is nonsense! Are you people serious?!?! It should stay as it is, EXCEPT it should also cause damage to nearby enemies and pets, it should cause the original target to instantly dashboard with no error message, and it should remove malignant moles from the caster when applied properly.
Please be pragmatic with your requests, people.

The beams should be a blinding hot as Magnus himself and melt away all those who manage to get hit by it, which in all fairness should be 100% of the time without giving the chance to break away.
