Important for anyone who uses a xbox chatpad who is not in the USA

in order to make the orange and green keys correspond with what is actually displayed on your chatpad you will need to change the language settings on your chatpad (only this! not you general language or location) to english USA. it took me a while to figure out and i couldn't find anything about it online. hope it helps those in other countries like me:)

    Where is this setting located, under accessories?

    no. go to settings. then system, then language and location and there your will find the option to change the language for your chatpad:)

    Hi, had same problem and figured out how to solve it, thanks for the post tho.
    I've got another problem using chatpad with elite controller, I plug in the headset, it's recognized but I can't use the microphone :(
    Updated everything! There's a way to solve it?
