Something is not good with some heals in PvP

Since some weeks I've been trying some odd build with my toons in Cyro, just looking for something outside the box. I turned my Argonian mageblade into a stamblade before the PTS announced the changes to the passives (own goal). And now I turned my StamDK into a MagDK. Because I'm trying to be as offensive as posible, I've looked into some skills that seem to be interesting in terms for regaining health. In the case of the Stamblde, I choose DW because of Bloodthirst. In the case of the DK... burning embers. Appart from that, I have a mageblade who uses strife a lot (both morphs).
Those skills have something in common. They heal based on dmg done. For example, Bloodthirst heals you for a 60% of the dmg done with the last hit and the skill in PvE seems OK. In PvE I get around 4.5K base dmg, so, each 5 hits using it, I get a 2.7K heal.
The thing is that while being in Cyrodiil, that heal vanishes because of battle spirt and that's wrong.
To put it in simple words there is a double debuff to those heals in Cyro. Since they are dmg dependant, the heal is reduced a 50% so my 4.5 K hit with Bloodthirst becomes a 2250 hit. Then my heal with that last hit should be 1350, but it is not, because of the second debuff on battle spirit which leaves my heal in 675 (50% heal reduction). So, you end up healing yourself for a 30% of the dmg done... far, far away from what the tooltip says.
I noticed this when I critted for 4.5K in Cyro, but my heal instead of being 2.7K it was 1.3K.
This is unfair, because regular heals get only one debuff (a 50%), so, why should heals based on dmg done have a second debuff?
IDK if this is the case for other heals on hit which are not directy associated to dmg done (such as Blood Craze, Sap essence or draining shot, for example)
