I'm Very Sad. I Don't Want To Change Her.

I'm Very Sad. I not want to change her. But I'm thinking of doing it next month. I have a Wood Elf DK. (At the time of making her. It sounded neat. Sounded OP. But that's what I get for reading my favorite new book at the time.) My Wood Elf DK. Level 50. 433 CP curently. My original AD.

I tried archery. Not good weapon on main bar. I tried duel weild. But it alright. Tanking. Unable to. Still go through me. Werewolf is a blast. However with all of this. I don't do damage. No do I survive.

When 1 or more enemies come try get me in PvP. Well I a coward and forced to retreat. For example yesterday. I ran back to the only AD outpost in Scourge. Then got messege from a DC. I won't mention it here. But probably because I'm terrible.

In honestly I'm I not sure if I want to play with her anymore. Everyone claims and says to me I'm horrible. I'm trash. No one wants you. In honestly I'm starting to believe them. I also spent 800k+ for armor and weapons. Plus redoing my cp all the time.

I have so many good times. With my Wood Elf Dk. But now. I feel unsure. What stop me from deleteing her. Is because she is maxed enlighitened for 2 months now. That only reason I not delete. Well plus the level 50 alchemy to.

Since I won't delete her. My wood elf dk. I was thinking of doing a race change. Something where I can use my werewolf but also a race that can pack a punch. Unsure which race for my DK with werewolf or what build setup. But I am sad I have to change her. To Different race I'm thinking.

Wood elf is very strong is PvP especially with DK and NB ! There is no reason, you wont be stronger with redguard or imperial, thats totally wrong ! Illusion !

    L2P ?
    Stop crying ?

It takes time to master your class, don't care about your 800k gear ! The most important is to master mechnanics of your DK then rotation then anim cut then PvP gear !

As one who has a Bosmer Stam DK that I'm really happy with, I agree with @WillhelmBlack.

Food and potions will greatly improve your experience in PvP. Why are you limiting yourself to buying food, drink, and potions when you can make those yourself?

Provisioning is the easiest crafting skill line to level up. If you don't want to do that on your Bosmer, then you can use another character or start a crafting Alt.

Alchemy is also fairly straightforward to level. Potions and food are also plentiful in PvE zones while working on the crafting abilities.

Bottom line ... don't limit yourself by relying on purchased food and potions when you can craft really good ones (after a little leveling).

I have trouble understanding this; do you mean to tell me you've been buying all your food from guild traders? :o Because you said you're an ESO+ member, which means you get the Crafting Bag, which means there is ZERO reason not to loot every sack, barrel and crate in a given location that isn't on fire (...and some times those give loot too) for Provisioning ingredients. In the process you'll probably dig up some recipes, and IIRC the Writ certification quest gives you one for free if you're high enough level to get the quest (IIRC it was around level 8, so you should be). Figure out which ingredients you need for the food you want, use the rest to level up Provisioning until you get it high enough to make the level you need.

The only thing you might need to buy are purple ingredients (which are Hireling- and Writ-reward only), and I've gotten by for most of my playtime using nothing better than blue food. Depending on what the rest of your build looks like you may actually be better off with blue, as the increase for each individual stat is higher the fewer stats you're raising.

Also AP does not affect your viability in combat, it's just a PvP-only currency.

    Alrighty, excellent information.

I too solo, I love it. And quite frankly I get more AP on my own than in a group with a leader that... is over confident.

Your build reminds me a lot of my first builds and well they don't work well in PvP.

Like the above people said you really want all attributes into either stam or magicka (sometimes health for very specific builds but we don't need to go there)

Here's why, imo: each attribute is worth roughly 100 something right? Well one small glyph is worth 3 of those, one large glyph is worth almost 10. You should put all attributes into one and then use the armor sets, glyphs, and foods to tweak as you want.

You look like you're more of a hybrid. This is not recommended unless again, you have a very specific build and is best saved until you have a complete understanding (or close to lol) of game mechanics.

Werewolves are awesome (and have a hybrid version build you'd probably like but later) for now I suggest going a pure stam build (so use armors that increase weapon damage, stamina, stamina regen, weapon critical and have effects based on melee or stamina moves) this helps werewolf light attacks heavy attacks etc

Put glyphs that maximize stamina on armor, and weapon damage/stamina regen on jewelry.

    Use moves that cost stamina

(Later you may wanna look into Pelinal for your hybrid ways, it's great with the wolves)

As for your actual moves, I don't know DKs or Wolves well enough to suggest a starter build, but I think you'll do fine.

Here are some basic goals for a build:
30,000 in stamina Or magicka minimum
20,000ish heath minimum (but remember Cyrodiil gives you 5,000)
3,000 ish weapon OR spell damage
I recommend at least 1500 stamina OR magicka regen

You can read up on crit resist and builds to find the right amount for you. Same with CP, these are really tied into playstyle and should be adjusted specifically for your build.

    I hope I helped a bit.

Ok. Your build is legit all over the place..
Well start with, you are wearing 7 pieces of the same set.. Sets stop at 5 pieces max. It's all training, so you have absolutely no impen.. Whic means you're going to get hit harder.

You're not going to get magicka dk of old damage.. Ever. And if you really want to play hybrid, you're gonna have to run pelinals aptitude. You're not running any major brutality buff.. That's an issue. No CC. Your cp and attribute allocation is all over the place.. And you're not running food? And countless other things... But we'll stop here

Save your crowns, race change isn't even close to the problem you have bud.

You need a more concise idea of what it is you want to do. Doing magic damage, wanting to use a bow, be a WW, and run around with sword and shield is just. Not particularly feasible.

    You're a wood elf.
I'd reccomend stam dps, stam tank, black rose stam dk, or when you have more of an idea regarding mechanics a pelinal WW build.

I am don't mean any of this in a deragotory fashion, but I don't know where to begin with giving you help because it appears as I you don know where you want to begin as far as a direction to take.

The attrubits and glyphs making my head hurt. I didn't know this. Even little confused. However I trust you.

I have no specific build in mind. But would love to be tanky. With werewolf.

Also is Dreugh King Slayer to much weapon damage? I have 7 pieces. If it is to much. Is it possible for me to also wear stamina also? I also didn't know that Cyrodiil gives us 5,000 health. Learned something new. The rest is all clear also. Thank you for helping :)

Keep her. You have eight character slots...you can get a new vet in a couple days playing. Try something new, then who knows, someday wood elves might be great DKs.

And honestly, the racial passives aren't THAT great. If you're having this much trouble surviving, it might not be super helpful to change race. It might be more gear, skill bars and strategy.

Just reading your build gave me the biggest headache. Your build has no identity and you shouldnt be wearing 7 piece heavy armor unless you intend on only tanking. You have no dps abilities on your greatsword build and your use of your bow bar should only be situational. Why on earth are you wearing training gear? Lol. I would honestly just put all 64 points into stamina then maybe couple jewelry with healthy if you wanna be more tanky. 5 piece medium is a must if you wanna do damage.

So, I never had a DK but I read he is a wood elf... So why the willpower jewelry? Wouldn't agility work better for him?

Or endurance if he's going tank?

Nobody brushed on his jewelry yet. Someone help this man lol!

well, there is cheap heavy armor build for people that dont have lots of money:

First step, go to imperial city, farm telvar and buy 5 black rose, thats a start a basicly free(5k tel var each peice). Buy or ask someone co craft you Stamina glyphs, purple(purple are cheap), and enchant all 5 pieces with stamina.

now there is more expensive part - Agility set. You can buy Robust neclase(cheap for agility) and heatlhy ring(also cheap for agility prices), and to save money just buy agility 2hander and agility bow - preferably sharpened(bow can be defending, powered or precise).
If you still can't afford this, buy healthy neclase of agility, and arcane ring(they are basicly free, and you can use some magicka on DK, and in WW form, so its not completely useless). Try to gold up both weapons, be sure you have sharpened 2hander and whatever bow you need(lets say defending, its good if you use bow mainly as buff bar and to reposition).

To complete build, use 3 leki items - Ring, Belt and gloves (those items have lowest armor rating, so its best to use these 2 medium and rest heavy) - or Dreugh King Slayer - one ring and 2 body pieces. (i would go leki, 2 medium gives you 6% reduced cost of stamina skills, its arguably better than 500 more resources back with 2 more heavy. Also Leki's ring is cheaper)

All body parts enchanted with Stamina, all jewelery weapon damage. Purple enchants again, there are cheap and effective.
If you feel like you have trouble with sustain, switch few enchants on jewel to reduced stamina cost or stamina regen.

Oh, i almost forgot, all points to stamina of course.
    Skill bars:
2hander: Stampede/crit rush, Rally, Noxious Breath, Dyzing swing, Reverse slice/executioner
Bow: Igneous Shield, Shuffle, Hardened Armor/Wings, Posion injection, vigor. (dont forget to use Igneous shield before vigor, to 25% more healing).
You can switch bow for sword and board(one piece agility and one piece leki/dreugh king(to add 4th, piece bonus)

Of course its not best build, but its cheap, and easy to play and can be effective! Hope this help you, good luck.
