Trial group

Ok, I play a cp300 Mag. temp healer on xbox NA and looking for info on starting to get into trials. I understand you all usually run these with guild members or people you know, which I am not currently in a guild nor do I have higher lvl friends that do this type of end game content. What is the chance of getting in a group to start doing trials, and how would I go about find a group to ask to join?

@Powerburrito20 our guild does weekly trial runs. We have numerous new members that we are working with because they are wanting to run trials and other end game content. Let me know if you would like to join our guild, we have numerous members with a lot of experience and we enjoy having new members that we can help. If this sounds like something you are interested in just let me know.

To find a group is not easy, a lot of them are very picky and not many who do casual raids because they can last for hours if people do not listen or know the trial, best to find a relaxed newbie friendly guild that run's Trials but asking around or posting in Trials / Group content forums or fan, unofficial forums.

Elemental Drain - If one healer has Ele drain you take Siphon Spirit

Siphon Spirit - If one healer has Siphon Spirit you take Ele Drain

Aggressive War Horn - You will be given number 1,2,3 etc, when your number called, use war horn. Also buff trackers help.

Healing Springs - Main healing skill especially when stacking, you may be in charge of healing one half of trial group or specifically the tank so positioning is important to learn, you can bring Breath Of Life as well for the "oh crap" moments but it should not be needed.

Radiant Oppression - Most trials have dps triggers or time limits by which it's a wipe if dps is slow. So knowing when to and when not to help with damage is important, wrong choice and trial can wipe.

For dumping magicka mechanics, magicka bombs ( you get one shot if you have any magicka at all in one mechanic )

Siege Shield, high magicka cost so can dump magicka fast especially if you have 40k+ magicka build..

Most important thing about Trials no matter what OP build you are using.

LEARN THE MECHANICS IN AND OUT, there is a crap ton of one shot mechanics in boss fights and if you do not know how to avoid them, ASK or watch youtube.

I have seen some trials where you spend 3 hours trying to kill last boss just because of 3-4 people did not learn the mechanics and keep getting one shot, so dps is too slow...you may need practice, it can take a few tries to learn the mechanics, doing them is faster than watching.

@Powerburrito20 ya man no problem, we will get you both an invite. we have a couple of husband wife teams already in the guild. What is your GT? Also make sure when you get a chance to download that app. It helps a lot when we coordinate events or you need help with things such as builds and such. We have a lot of activity that goes on in the chats.
