Customer Support Survey Poll (For the benefit of ZOS)

Was inclined to create a poll since I received a customer support survey before my ticket was answered. I would be really interested in seeing how often this happens.

    Customer support survey received before ticked has been answered.
    It's seldom that anything gets resolved from support tickets in my experience (prior to the survey going out)

    It's often a few back and forth emails first before any actions are taken n

    What is a customer support survey?
    they have never fixed anything Ive had a ticket for. they send me some bs computer generated response blaming me for the problem and then never answer me back when I respond telling them how pissed I am they keep pulling this garbage..


    ZERO customer service. I can deal with problems, everything in life has problems, but they could at least give you a real answer, be honest, and ATTEMPT to do something to fix it. THey just send you a robot response, then ignore you until you get so mad you stop asking them

    oh they don't want people like 'Me' filling out those surveys. I have had ONE decent experience with support from the 20+ issues I've ahd in the past, and that one good one was way back when I first joined.

    I really do honestly feel that zos would be so much better off firing the entire support team and hiring new people. Esp with TODAY'S Market, so many people out there will work for near min wage doing DECENT support, who are far more qualified and friendly and helpful than this group of turds who only know how to ctrl+V then click send. If anyone don't know, if you send in a support ticket you will receive a canned auto response apologizing for the extreme long wait, then they close your ticket. Usually within a few hours / day of when you sent in ticket.

    I now have a ticket sitting there with 3 'copies' of the exact same response with a 'wait' between of less than a day each.

    Customer support survey received after ticket has been answered.
    I've had nothing but positive experiences with CS- my issues have always been resolved both pleasantly and to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that I've had so much need it since re-subscribing.

    And no, I've never received a CS survey before an issue was dealt with.

    Depends on what is meant by "answered".

    I get the first response from support before I get the survey, but the survey is the second thing I get.

    If "answered" means "resolved" then the survey could come before the resolution. However, most of my tickets are resolved in the first response, anyway.

    The poll will not give OP an indication of how often this happens. Polls in the forums are flawed by design and Zos is aware the polls are basically meaningless. They never provide a picture of the player base and don't really provide a picture of those in the forums.
