However, if you people cut Vvardenfell into pieces, it would hurt again ESO's reputation as a TES game.
Vvardenfell is not as big as it is on Bethesda maps of Tamriel, so it could eventually be a zone which is as big as Cyrrodil, what would be quite awesome - House Hlaalu, here I come again, ready to take care of your "business". And I will happily abandon the Dark Brotherhood for the Morag Tong - (I'll keep the blade of woe of course, lawfulness has it's limits)

I don't think that releasing it in parts will really make that much of a difference.
BGS spent years building Vvardenfell the first time, with Elder Scrolls 3. ZOS is spending months, and has a smaller team. If anything, this will be the more important factor in how well it meets expectations.
As I have said before, ZOS is taking a huge risk trying to introduce Vvardenfell to ESO. They are treading on sacred ground that is more Holy than Cyrodiil and Skyrim combined. It is with these people that you will really get head-turning and excitement. In their eyes, I expect that it will be far easier for ZOS to mess it up than to get it right. ZOS wins with this group if they meet and exceed expectations. If they do their standard "good enough" approach, they won't get these heads turning.
It will go a long way to making me happy if they can faithfully deliver a Vvardenfell that is a proper 2nd Era precursor to what happens in the 3rd Era. If they can faithfully represent the geographic, political, and cultural history of the island, this will be a huge step is defusing the critics. Vvardenfell in the mid 2nd Era has no Imperial influence, and should have a much larger Ashlander influence. I expect that the Great Houses will not be as influential as they were in the 3rd Era, either.
Once they get that in place, I would really like it to be more than a remake of Orsinium. I'd like to see something more than Orsinium. On the order of Shivering Isles or Far Harbor, but with a reason to come back, other than the daily constitutional.

It's because of what u just said. Cut Red Mountain area and Sheogorad out, u got at least 2 zones for Vvardenfell. Red Mountain area including Ad'ruhn is like at least one third of Vvardenfell.
