Frustrating Group Finding on Pleaftdges...

Here is a problem EVERYONE has surely encountered since day 1... Losing members of your group AFTER you've killed a boss that is on the pledge...
Replacing that member is very difficult - non-more so than when faced with one of the tougher vet dungeons (like ICP or WGT).
We lost our healer to a blue screen after killing the first several bosses easily... we replace the healer (after waiting 10-15 minutes for the other to return) and have to really convince the new healer to stay (since they have the pledge and we've already killed several bosses on that pledge). We kill the next boss... that healer blue screens and never returns also...
We then go through about 3 or 4 more replacements, none of which have any desire to finish the final few bosses off with us... This is all because the pledge system sucks.
If only the bosses already killed would COUNT for the replacement people it would just solve the issue. Simple.
