    They gave you Training, so you could train yourself and your team to be masters of the dungeon and beat it faster every time.

    I believe the underlying issue is the same for this thread as it is for me and my friends. the difference is that we haven't received anything at all, level 1 or otherwise.

    We completed hard mode version of CoS the other night and I crashed the second the chest appeared. When I logged back in, there was no chest. I submitted a ticket, and got no response.

    Similarly, we complete vSO hardmode last night (which is guaranteed gold loot). Most people got the loot, but our tank crashed, and when he logged back in, the Serpent was not lootable. This is even more frustrating than crashing in dungeons tbh, because not only is the loot far more valuable, but he had to run all the way back from the entrance to discover nothing.

    Neither of us has been compensated for it yet either. My concern is two-fold: Will we be compensated, and will the loot be of an appropriate level and quality?
