[BUG] Backlash isn't proccing Prism

Now my Werewolf's Backlash is only Rank 2 so I cannot speak for other ranks and/or morphs at this time but still it isn't proccing Prism, which sucks considering I need to rank it up while he isn't in WW form AND he needs the generated Ultimate.
