How many of you will be taking a break from ESO to play No Man's Sky

I'm a big fan of ESO, but the lack of improvements and fixes have pushed me away recently. This isn't a rant thread blaming ZOS, just a random discussion.

I'm current downloading my update for NMS now and am eagerly awaiting to explore the universe.

I was just curious who was doing the same.

Don't know, No man sky seems completely different, that game is how everyone wanted eso at first, a singleplayer with people around.

Let's see some review first it can even be an epic fail.

Procedurally generated. My guess is it will be fun until you discover all the lego blocks used to build the universe, then it will get boring fast.

It's possible to play two games at once.

I'm currently playing an alpha stage, early access MMO called The Black Death as well as ESO.

even if I could play the game on XB1 I wouldn't it seems this game will be an overhyped mess similar to Destiny and the game seem like a casual Elite Dangerous just with better planet exploration again I'll pass on this game.

I cancelled my No Man's Sky pre-order. Watching some actual game play videos made me realize it wasn't the game I was expecting and wanting it to be. I turned around and took the refund and dumped it into crowns that were on sale.

I'm having a great time in ESO and have no plans to go elsewhere. I don't PvP, so there really aren't any major issues impacting my preferred solo/duo type of PvE play style.

why do need to take break you still play both it is honest up yourself i play ESO and THe Division at sametime no problem to play both game at the sametime

And not just that - far too many locations, one will hardly ever meet anyone and then it feels lonely and eventually even lost. Pretty much the same goes for Elite Dangerous and why I am not playing that one - it is too huge to be fun for long.

I will be playing both of course I've been looking forward to NMS for a very long time now. The release delays are a good thing, it means they want the game to be perfect on day one. I have it preordered and can't wait to play it on Friday

The more I look at that game the less interested I became in it I really don't like the graphics I really would like a nice space game Elite dangerous is not too bad but for some reason it had trouble holding my interest. I might wait to see if anyone twitchs it and get an idea what it looks like and how it plays

Played ESO almost daily since console release and same as OP, the game being so broken has finally pushed me away and I'm heading for the stars in NMS now.
It's a real shame ESO is such a mess (for console at least) because it's a great game but the bugs and lag can't be ignored.
Fingers crossed next time I check in on ESO some things will be fixed but I won't hold my breath.
