We can become a thief and an assassin for the Dark Brotherhood... why not become a drug dealer? Sell Skooma to other players, and other Npcs... and so many other things.

kampori✭✭✭As mentioned above, I really think Skooma should be a legendary recipe for either provisioning or alchemy. Maybe you need to make some ingredients in alchemy and cook them together in provisioning, or something, to make it more complicated.
Maybe in a Khajiit-centred DLC (like the Wrothgar recipes).
You could make all the drugs (I mean Chems) in Fallout at the alchemy station or whatever it was called there. Was fun. And how I made all my money in Fallout 4. I became the most prolific drug baron in the WastelandsThis Is Not Here0 -

lol its the sad state of our current media where its fine to show gratuitous violence, cold blooded murders, any amount of gore, immoral acts, public corruption, etc, yet swearing is censored.
So seeing it in game (IE no drugs but random murder is fine) isn't much of a surprise0 -

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭There was some dialogue in the Thieves Guild DLC, indicating that the Thieves Guild discouraged and avoided any involvement with drugs and slavery. So skooma-running might have to be part of a DLC allowing you to join a bandit gang instead...? Presumably it could be in a PvP area, where would also be at risk of your lair being of being invaded by either a group of Guards, or enemy alliance players (where it counts as a 4P dungeon for them - guess who gets to be the boss fight?).
