Crown Sale? PSN Store

So crowns apparently are on sale in PSN store. I've been on the store and prices are still as normal. Are sales exclusively to the States? I'm from Australia playing on North American server which doesn't matter.

Is the PSN store different between America and Australia?

Who makes the prices and sales for crowns? Zenimax or PSN?

Kinda unfair to put sale for the exact same content playing on the same server exclusively to certain part of the world don't ya think?

Same applies to the UK store unfortunately. I believe I have seen someone say that it is partially down to PSN or at least because Playstation had a two day sale two weeks ago? that we don't get one now.

Yes, the ps store is different depending on the region of your psn account. I think it's a joint effort between zos and sony when these crown sales happen, and the reason it's for one region and not others is that they have to abide by the laws of any particular country, and sometimes, that can get in the way. There are a variety of factors which could determine whether one country gets one that while another doesn't. Just keep an eye on it, the crown sale might pop up in australia a little later. Europe doesn't even have the 3 and 6 month eso plus options to my knowledge but zos confirmed they will be getting them soon. Be patient.
