Purchase Not Going Through (Crowns and ESO+)

So recently I tried to cancel my sub and the renew it because I've had issues with auto-renew in the past. However, both times I tried it didn't go through; I got the email confirmations but no days/Crowns were added to my account and the money wasn't taken from my card. I just tried to buy the 5.5k Crown pack, and the same thing has happened. Email confirmation, success screen on the site, yet my account still only shows 300 Crowns (only on the site obviously since can't get in-game right now, NA PC platform is down atm).

Gonna put in a ticket, but is there anyone else having or had this issue, and are there things I can try or is this up to CS to deal with? I've used this card before and never had this issue until recently.

Slondor: TESified Slenderman, except lazier and has more of a thing for deals than Clavicus Vile does
Marius Vastino: Sarah's Imperial apathetic sire who likes to monologue
Lirawyn Calatare: Traveling performer and bard who's 101% vanilla bean
Soliril Larethian: Blind alchemist who uses animals to see and brews plagues in his spare time

    I have the same issue, bought the 5.5K crown pack because I saw the new DLC and wanted to jump right back in the game. Sadly the crowns were not added to my eso account, nor ingame. I've done a quick google search and saw that there where instances of delays for crowns to be added. I should also mention that most had this problem on consoles, whilst I have it on PC. Hope it'll sort itself out or I might have to open a ticket aswell....

    It's been maybe 5 days since I tried to renew my sub and it never went through, and no money was taken from my card. Not really sure what's going on since I haven't had this issue before. It shows me the purchase has gone through...but it hasn't.

    Yeah same here. After buying the crowns I got a confirmation e-mail and when I go to billing history on my account it also states I bought the 5.5K pack. Of course it only shows the date and not the exact hour I bought it. This is the first time I have trouble buying crowns, so I'll just wait and see for now. Though I hope I can play the dlc before my days off are over xD
