Loud screech after killing certain enemies, such as Netches (super annoying high pitch sound)

Someone else made a thread on this but I don't know where it went. When killing mobs since the new patch sometimes ill hear a really loud high pitch sound, it's a bug with the client. Can this be fixed soon? I'm really tired of hearing it.
