There is a vendor in Cyrodiil who sells a random helm or shoulder from a monster set.
You can buy Infused for just short of 100k gold, or impenetrable for 200k AP.

She had Molag Kena helms for sale over a month ago, so it's definitely in the rotation.

Yes you can get it. Just gotta wait for it to randomly show up at the PVP vendor.

I thought that ZOS said there was an RNG component to what shows up each week, that explains why we got Maw helms two weeks in a row in late June / early July.

They might have, but I would think it would one of the 3, not all 3. But, then again, who knows, other than ZOS
