Got my account suspended, i dont know why, i have sended an email to customer support and nothing

Hello im trying to find help from a member of zenimax, i got my account suspended and i dont know why, i was trying to call to the number that is in the website and this game doesnt have phone support, so the only way to get help is via forums or sending an email. but every time i use the system to get help from customer, it sends an email saying the same thing. so im suspended, and no ones explains me why, i dont know why, please help?
