Note this is not restrict to pvp zones, but a LOT of pve content, most importantly vma.

Using a cc(crowd controll skill) on a monster will do what it is intended, and whenever the duration is over the monster will be gives cc imunity for a short period of time. HOWEVER whenver a monster stuns you that is not the case, if you (willingly), break free from it, you'll be given the imunity, however if you just sit there and wait you will NOT. May sound something very little however, in cyrodiill one of the guards stun you, then due to all of the magicka atacks putting a dot on you (thats also kind of bs, because pulls stealth out) you'll be freed of the cc, basically slowing you down a few seconds if you did try to break free. Though the most annoying time this happens is in vma, lots of stuns are tossed out by mobs, and if you're a magicka build and run out of stamina you will basically be stuned forever, imunity is never granted making you HAVE TO break free.

Reguarding that problem also comes the fact that monsters and npcs still use the first versions of the skills of game, its clear in Dragonstar Arena (either), skills like sweeps still knock you back and stuns, ash cloud gives dodge chance to the caster, wreacking blow knocks back and the most annoying off all: the templar flashbang blindness skill from the daedra knight boss on 7th round. Its also very clear that you changed the meteor from the mage guild boss on 8th and boss rounds to NOT be dodgeable anymore, however monsters still use the old skills. We need a patern here, its not quite fair to monsters be using the old skills and be given every single bonus possible, when their skills do not quite affect player the correct way.

Dodgerolls from monsters is an other issue as well, the dodge time for them is gigant, actually maybe 3-4 seconds.
