One feature I think is missing is a try before you buy, especially for the appearance change. But am I right in thinking that a race change would change a characters appearance to be more like the race they have changed to? For example changing from a Breton to Imperial or a Nord? So try before you buy would also be a good feature on race change as well perhaps? Just my first thoughts.

They should use an empty building from each major city for a barbershop where cosmetic features can be accessed.

Good idea because things look different in in different lighting .

I changed the race of my main toon, something I had been wanting to do for a while. It was fairly straight forward, and the race change token also allowed me to change my looks, which is an important feature for race change.

Until I hit save changes the token wasn't used, so just having it therer allowed me to play around until I was happy.

It would be more immersive to have an NPC in game (like in Skyrim), but overall the experiance was rather good.

Yeah, I am going to buy a race change token just for the ability to check out, what I could possibly do with my characters. I do not intend to really consume this token, I am happy with the races I have, but this way I can test how different races look with the gear I am currently having with that character - so I will use this more as a test environment - and if I really want to change something regarding appearance, I will buy an appearance token and use that - the race change token will just be my test token and basically stay forever, because I will not be saving the results with it.
