    Maybe I'm wrong as i don't pay much attention now but i run maelstrom every day and i think those sets only come in reinforced infused and divines.

    Impenetrable doesn't drop from any PvE content released, updated, or adjusted in the last 9 months, which includes Maelstrom arena.
