Fix your "Launcher"

10 hours just for waiting a 4gb dlc and now when i tried to download patch there is a error and it forced me to repair game and suddenly its downloading whole game again and i have no idea why. ( i repaired my game before several times never had to download the all game again ) You just ruined my life again i ll probally able to play 2 days later. Why ? Because i WORK because i dont have 100mbit internet connection to download whole game in 1hour when every single time there is a error.... Thanks for your great work and for your silence as usual.

    I'm in the same boat. I'd really like a fix that doesn't require me to download the entire thing again.

    You started launcher as administrator right? Updating fails on me if I don't do that at least.

    Depends on where you install, on certain installation folder you will need to run it as administrator

    I tried that too but nothing works atm. Its keep crashing when i open the game and forcing me to repair game. I just gave up downloading whole game again atm.

    I'm keen for them to move over and start using the Bethesda Launcher so all the games are in the one place like we have for Battle.net

    I wouldn't even bother doing that. Their mistake - they can fix it. Why the **** should us paying customers have to take time out of our day to have to completely reinstall the game? I'd rather not play.

    The real solution is :
    1 - Go in program files and deleted the Launcher directory (not the game)
    2 - re downloaded the client setup.exe (fresh) from your account page and run it.
    3 - Run a repair in the new updated launcher

    It worked out for 3 guild members yesterday that were repairing over and over and over again ...

    Was their problem had to download all game datas again or just they were stuck and gettin error everytime end of the repair part ?

    Tried it 3 times, still instant fatal 11 error, not even an option to repair anymore, just flat out won't work

    This problem still remaining, and can't do anything about it. Cuz of today's maint. my download stoped while i am at work and i have to start from scratch again. I've open ticket already about it no single support. And several ppl are still saying they have the same problem.

    We are currently investigating an issue several players have reported where the launcher may experience a "Reliable Source Serving Corrupt Data" Error. As we continue to investigate, we believe we have now isolated the cause of the issue, but unfortunately it is outside of our direct control. We are working to mitigate the issue as quickly as we can.

    the part that made me lol was the fact that i was told to review the help article, doesnt that defeat the purpose of me sending in a ticket :D

    I just copy the game from my friend and when i copy to the my computer it changed only 1 file and that file was 230mb so in order to fix the game for this their *** up launcher downloaded 50gb data and my problem was still same. And i just got respond also 2 days after, from support and i dont even want to copy here what was their reply.

    Its *** joke they cant even fix their own fault , period.
