Ok so I've been noticing some things with my characters stamina recovery. I have the agility set for my jewelry(2 robust and 1 arcane). 2 pieces have 174 weapon damage and one has 157 stamina recovery. When I equip the final ring with stam recovery on it, my recovery sits at 1478. But when I take it off it goes to 1186. I'm sorry if this has been answered a while ago or recently....but what the heck is going on? 1478-157= 1321. Not 1186 lol. Is there something in the weapon damage bonus in the agility set that's giving me extra stam recovery? Beyond the 157 enchant??

It would mean that you have a total of +85% stamina recovery.

I forget if it was this set, but there is a UI glitch that displays double the benefit from a jewelry set.

But this isn't a set bonus. It's a single enchantment on a set.....which gives stam(which seems to have no baring on recovery) and weapon damage.

Could be all the additive rec % from med armor, racial, and CP?

But why then would that lower the stam recovery that much when I remove a single ring with 157 stam recovery?

What is your Stamina Recovery +% from all sources? It is possible to get 85% or higher Stamina Recovery, for example:
    • +21% Bosmer
    • +25% CP
    • +28% x7 Medium Armor
    • +10% Vampire

would give you 84% and this doesn't include any class skills or Major Fortitude. If you did have +85% Stamina Recovery when you equip an item with +157 SR you actually get 157x1.85 = +290 SR in your stats. Obviously, removing the same item would decrease it by the same amount.

Try getting naked, log out and back in and see if equipping the ring has the same effect. You can also check if its a UI error by using an add-on like Combat Log Statistics that can show recovery stats.

Ok, so I'm a Wood Elf Vamp. I cleared all my CP points and have no armor, jewelry or weapons equipped. It sits at 750 recovery. With the single ring it's 979. So, what am I missing here lol.

You Base Stamina Regen of 750 indicates that you have a +46% bonus. This matches the 229 Stamina Regen you gain from the +157 item.

Wood Elf is +21% and Vampire is +10% which leaves us a +15% unaccounted for. If you're a Sorc it could be the Daedric Protection passive which gives +10/+20%. If you're a Templar it could be the Restoring Aura line. Nothing I can think of gives +15% SR other than the 2H passive Battle Rush which should only last 10 seconds.

Make sure you have no skills slotted and see if that changes anything. If you're running a buff related add-on check your buffs to see if there's anything there out of place.

NB has 15% (?) stam recovery, too.

Well I don't have any of the undaunted passives. I'm a stam NB. I have all the passives for the NB skill lines. Will link my abilities I have slotted below. I wear 5 med, 1 light and 1 heavy. I have all the passives in med armor and the first 3 for heavy and light. I have all the fights guild passives. Vamp passives and have 20.4% in CP for stam recovery. I use DW and 2H, all passives in there as well.

Ahh, a Nightblade. I missed the Refreshing Shadows passive which does give you +15% to Stamina Regen (thanks @The_Outsider). Along with your exact CP bonus and armor worn this gives you:
    • +21% Bosmer
    • +20.4% CP
    • +10% Vampire
    • +15% Refreshing Shadows
    • +20% x5 Medium Armor
    • Total = 86.4%

Which completely explains how a +157 Stamina Recovery item can actually give you +292 when worn (292/157 = 86%).

It was on the Sithis jewelry.
here below the reaction of Jessica on that Sithis jewelry.
Thanks for reporting this, everyone. We looked at this, and you are not actually getting double the enchantment benefits when you do this—the same goes for rumors that you can also do this with Veteran Maelstrom Arena weapons. What you’re seeing on your character sheet is purely a UI bug, so the numbers on your character menu are reflecting double the benefit, but the game is only applying the newest enchantment benefit. We will be fixing this UI bug in a future patch.
"I still do not understand why I followed the advice of Captain Rana to bring the villagers of Bleakrock into safety. We should have fought for our village and not have backed down, with our tail between our legs.
Now my home village is in shambles, the houses burning, the invaders feasting.
I swear every day to Shor that after Molag Bal has been defeated, I will hunt down the invaders and restore peace in Bleakrock and drink my mead with my friends at the market place".
