ZoS... Despite the three tickets I sent in and didn't even get a response, I really do need your help on my account that I pay for every month. My email got hacked and I don't have access to it. But, here's the funny part... in order for me to access my account to change it, it sends an access code to my hacked email account that I have to retrieve to enter! How exactly, without your help, am I supposed to do that?!

I sent two emails....

I created three tickets....

Zero response....

Zero dollars spent in the crown store....

Zero customer service.

    Does anyone have a number for ESO that isn't disconnected? I have one I'm going to try in attempt to backdoor into their customer support besides tickets, emails, and this forum. If that doesn't work, I guess I won't have any other option than the BBB.
