    let's see, imho it could remain very strong (in an unbugged way, though) but a good choice to break (e.g. long duration, very low proc chance, reduced ranged). from the patchnotes it seems it will be a bit easier to ignore it and it's OP'ness, but I don't really think it's beneficial to move back 6m (let alone spend stamina to dodge) and re-engage.

    So: great that they're fixing a broken set, but i'm a bit said that playing well isn't really supposed to be the counter

    The problem wasnt 10 meters of beam range. It was the fact that you could have multiple beams active at a time and being able to stack its healing bonus with vitality+ major mending

    I wish they would have given the set major vitality, since its the equivalent already and it would have stopped the stacking hatred. Going to be honest too, I didn't even know the set had a cool down until today.

    The cooldown was shorter than the actual beam, so it could proc back to back.

    It was never able to have multiple beams active. Have at least never seen any evidence of this, whatsoever.

    I am hoping that line 3 is fixing what was the real problem with the set, which is the fact that the base heal tick from the proc (before any buffs) would be anywhere from 500 to 2000, making it tick for insane HPS.

    IF this fixes that problem, and it will now consistently heal for the appropriate 500 base heal per tick, i will be very happy. The set will be strong in the correct build, stacking heals, but will not be OP broken.

    People are clueless about why everyone had an issue with malubeth. The only relevant patch note about malubeth is that they fixed an issue where the amount healed could be based on a different source of damage besides the beam. THAT'S IT. Making the heal buff Major Mending or Major Vitality would have been fine but no other nerfs were necessary. This set is actually underpowered in its non-bugged form. People were too lazy to figure out the main issue was the bug and not just that the set was op.

    Ok I want 3 different % damage buffs so I can spam 24k damage just like their 24k bol.

    20% base speed for high ping players.
    Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
    They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.

    I like the changes well have to wait and see on the long term of the set. It procs less, has less ranged, and the beams have good adjustments that are balanced. This is a step in the right direction and we should not see 60%+ of the population running this set.

    No, just Templars healing to full every six seconds.

    We'll see how it turns out. Every bug ZOS 'fixes' leaves 5 more things broken.
