[BUG] Boot Model for Cavalier of the Sworn Oath Partially Missing

I just got the Hero of Wrothgar costume last night, and tried each of them out on my characters. It seems with all of my character (those on the PTS as well) part of the boots on the Cavalier of the Sworn Oath costume is missing completely. All of the pictures I've seen previously of this costume display the boots properly, as do the Malacath motif which it is based on. Has anyone else encountered this bug with their Cavalier of the Sworn Oath costume? Link to images below.

Edit: Newer images of this costume on ESO Fashion seem to show this error, though the older images still show the proper boots: eso-fashion.com/cavalier-of-the-sworn-oath/
