Force shock?

I usually play as a Stam nb but I decided to make a destro/ restro staff mag sorcerer. I have this ability called force shock but I'm not quite sure how you use it now pvp. In pvp what do you use force shock as. do you spam it to get them low or what's it's purpose.

✭✭✭✭Use the force pulse morph, only until you proc the free/no cast time crystal fragments.
Weave in light/heavy fire attacks, and always keep curse up while using force pulse. Frag whenever it's up, and use entropy to empower those fragments.
If you can, try to get in the frags/curse/meteor combo move without it all being blocked, dodged, or reflected.
