Non dlc PvE

I don't have any of the dlcs but I might buy them later. But my real question is, is PvE fun at higher level. Because I'm level 32 and all PvE seems like so far is doing repetitive quest, dwelves, boss fights and dungeons. And the dungeons are super hard.

Orsinium, TG and DB are all pretty much the repetitive quests and delves that you described. IC has a couple of dungeons, though harder than most. And the DLC coming out on the 30th for PC brings 2 more dungeons.

There are also 12 man trials that you can do, with a bunch of them being scaled up to cp 160 in the next update, which will be nice.

Well, there's a lot of different parts to endgame pve. There's 4 man dungeons ( you might have already explored some through Undaunted quest line), there's more challenging vet versions of them, there's 12 man trials in easy and hard mode.

There's also Maelstrok arena, solo endgame pve, in easy and hard mode.

Find a good pve guild, start making friends wih people in-game. Half the fun of doing pledges is having a late night raid with people you have something in common.

There's always grind, but it doesn't have to be quest grind.
Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

Well it will be more exciting because you get to see the other factions and then the other environments etc, but many stories are similar and many of them can be boring as well, obviously depends on the mood, there are times when I enjoy the game more than others, so when I dont enjoy it...thats when I stop.
You definitely wont need to buy DLCs if you find the existing PVE content already boring, since its not that much of a big difference with the exception:
Orsinium = Maelstrom SOLO Arena (very fun in my opinon!) and hard world bosses but you said you arent into hard stuff.
Thieves Guild = Another Arena (with 12 playes if I am not mistaken), world bosses and quests that make you steal from people.
Dark Brotherhood = Cool only if you feel like killing every npc in your way because thats pretty much what you will do xD

With all that being said, I enjoyed all the DLCs but I can also live without them only with the already given content and...PVP <3 ^___^...

EDIT: I guess it also depends on your style, for example I enjoy parts of each faction, its normal that not all quests will be interesting, after all there are toooooo many, so play until you reach the other factions as well and you might enjoy one more than other! <3

High end PVE is nothing more nothing less than doing the same kinds of quests in another environment, with different NPCs, different yet similar problems. You finish the main story, than depending where you are, you are sent to EP/AD/DC, and finish there certain missions that need to be finished so that you get sent in the next and last faction.

MMOs are like rep different games. There is leveling up and end game. You know the leveling up part though the story line is the more interesting aspect early on (kinda).

End game does have daily quests that are repetitive but trials, dungeons and the arenas are what. All is basically group content and it's about learning more about how to play your character, improving and working well with groups. If you find a good group it can be enjoyable.

How about find out for yourself. Some people like endgame PvE and some don't.
