Twice Born Star loosing mundus stone

I witness an issue with Twice Born Star Set on my CP400+ Khajiit archer - when I have two mundus stones Shadow and Thief and log off, and next day logging in, the Thief mundus is gone and only Shadow remains. I need to go back to pick mundus stone again each day which is a bit annoying 
.

It is a good idea not to have your weapon as 1 of the 5/5 because you are more likely to un-enquip that at some time.War....war never changes1 -
